Welcome to the El Paso Stock Photos blog. Visit often to see the latest photos in the library and read about how they were created.
Views like this can be seen just a few steps from the parking area at Franklin Mountains State Park. This month I have added 9 new photos to the library including the photo seen above. It's difficult to appreciate the colors and details of this photo in this format. The original file is a whopping 150 megapixels in size - capable of being printed over 10 feet in length at high resolution.

Nestled in a canyon that sits in the middle of El Paso, McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre is a unique open air performance hall. The natural desert backdrop provides a setting for many concerts, plays, and other live events.
One of the most distinct buildings in downtown El Paso is the Abraham Chavez Theatre. Often, people comment that it looks like a sombrero. The photo above shows the front of the theatre on a sunny day.
